Helix Investments seeks to make growth capital investments of $5-20 million in medium and small size companies in India. The fund invests across sectors and prefers to invest in companies with a differentiated competitive position.

In consumer facing sectors, we look for companies with a strong brand. In sectors that sell to other businesses, we look for companies with strong customer relationships. We are keen to partner with entrepreneurs and management teams that have the ability to manage growth without diluting the quality of their service or product.

We typically acquire minority stakes, but can consider taking a majority stake in specific situations e.g. management buy outs. We have the ability to invest primary capital as well as acquire stakes held by other shareholders.

We actively look for investment opportunities in sectors where we can leverage the operating experience of our team and the Partners of the sponsoring entities. At present, our focus sectors are:
